Pick the case that fits the job
Sentence case starts each sentence with a capital letter. Lower case and UPPER CASE change every letter, while Capitalized Case gives every word an initial capital. Alternating and inverse case are useful for stylised text or quick checks.
Title Case is designed for headings: it capitalizes important words and leaves common short words such as “and”, “of” and “the” lowercase when they sit in the middle of a title. House styles can vary, so adjust the result if you follow a specific publication guide.
